Details Of The Courses

- Each course is offered as a single batch. No new batches are started till the upcoming exam series is over. Students are entered into sessions based on when the joined the course.
- Contact on +92 336 311 1855 WhatsApp for further details on courses.
- Students will have access to each course till their exam night. The course access ends whenever the student appears in the CAIE exams.
- For Value and Extreme packages, Live classes may not be conducted until the past paper sessions begin. Before that point, the focus is on recorded lectures for content of the courses.
- All recordings, assignments, notes and other relevant material shall be provided here on Educateachange.com.
- Students must not share their course access with anyone. Course access is tracked, and anyone in violation will be removed from access without refund.
- Printing or downloading the material is strictly prohibited.
- Course assignments submitted later than the due date may not be marked.
- Discussion forums on the courses shall be used for questions and answers.
- If you are joining the course late, you can still have access to the previous recorded classes.
- Courses have limited spots available. Therefore, we can not guarantee a spot if you delay payment after a discussion regarding the courses. Your spot is only confirmed once payment is completed.
- Please note, any course spot availability or pricing discussed by our team is only valid and applicable for 2 working days. If a student discusses pricing or availability on a course and then delays the payment for more than 2 working days, they must contact our team to confirm the updated pricing and course availability before purchasing the course. Our team shall not be responsible for not voluntarily not communicating any change in pricing/ availability if it is not inquired upon a gap in initial discussion and the course purchase.
- We do not offer separate demo classes for our courses. Instead, the free content shared on Educate A Change and our YouTube channel (AYLOTI) is available for demo purposes.
- For most courses, students are expected to go over the notes and recorded lectures in the first few days after their course access is provided. Once done, they can communicate with the tutor on the course to adjust them for the lives. This way, the student has a better understanding of the lives being conducted and the syllabus material.
- All details on how to access the course material and other sections is provided below in the Course Access Details section. Please note that the student must consider these steps in detail (along with the images) to ensure smooth and easy access of their courses.

- After payment, the screenshot of confirmation must be sent to the WhatsApp account at +92 336 3111 855 or support@educateachange.com (only WhatsApp for now). Please include your Full Name, Phone Number and Email.
- Once payment is confirmed, the student will receive their logins for Educate A Change within 1-2 working days. Along with the logins, they MAY receive the tentative schedule for live classes and links to join the WhatsApp groups for each course. The same messages also include the Zoom registration links for each class – which must be completed to allow the student to access the classes.
- If WhatsApp group information is shared, the students must go over the WhatsApp group descriptions for important information about each course.
- Communication after course registration of the student is expected on Discussion Forums. WhatsApp, social media or outside forums may not be used to communicate with the tutor once courses are enrolled.
- Our team will NOT be liable for WhatsApp/ Social Media/ Email or Phone Communication regarding course issues. The front desk team operating them is separate from the technical team. Therefore, any issues regarding course access, course content or any other problem regarding courses must be posted on the course forum (steps explained below)
Refunds
- Refunds will only be provided if the students have not received their Educate A Change logins. Refunds, for any reason, shall not be processed after Educate A Change logins have been received.
- Educate A Change logins are shared on the email. Please check your Junk and Spam folder regularly as well to ensure that the logins have been received. A failure to check the login receipt on the student’s end will not be considered a fault on our team’s end in providing the logins.
- Logins sharing will also be considered complete if any material related to the course has been provided as well.

- Memberships (currently not launched) provide access to a certain number of courses for a small monthly, yearly or lifetime fee.
- Students may keep access to a certain number of courses through the membership option. For example, they can access any 3 courses simultaneously through the 3 course membership option. However, to access a 4th course in the 3 course membership option, they would need to revoke access to one of the 3 courses they are already enrolled in.
- Access to live classes, Discussion forums and marked assignments are NOT part of the membership option. The student can access recorded videos, notes, quizzes and any other parts of the course that do not require direct contact with the tutor.
- All materials included in course memberships will be provided here on Educateachange.com on the relevant course pages.
- Students must not share their membership access with anyone. Membership access is tracked, and anyone in violation will be removed from access without refund.

- Courses are regularly updated with new content. It must be noted that a membership does not guarantee that all our courses have completed contents. The student, instead, gets access to whatever has been completed until then and any future updates on the course that occur until their membership expires.
- New contents updated on the courses can be access through the memberships as well.

Accessing Your Courses
Step-by-Step Process To Access Your Courses Once You Gain Access To Educate A Change Logins.
- First, log in to to Educate A Change with your login details provided through Email/ WhatsApp communication.
2. Once logged in, go to profile section.
3. Go to My Courses section.
4. Select the course you wish to open the contents for.

1. In any of the courses that you have registered for (which offers live classes), the first section will contain links to course schedule and the Zoom Links.
Accessing Material Inside The Courses
Step By Step Process To Gain Access To Course Material.
- On the individual course page, scroll down to the curriculum section. All material access is available in the section. In case you can’t see the curriculum section, click on the Yellow button mentioning “Continue”. If it mentions “More Info”, you are in the wrong course.
2. Click on the individual course material options to gain access to the material you need to access (FOR SOME COURSES there may be two sections of notes/ videos, with one of them complete and the other half filled empty. Please use the show more sections options to view more sections)
Discussion Board
Discussion Board Created For Question/ Answers and Other Queries.
- On the course curriculum, scroll down below the course image. You will locate the course discussion forum in the area.
2. Post your question in this area to get response soonest. It can both be placed as private or public question, with the latter only being seen by the relevant student. Public option results in everyone being able to check the thread.
2. The schedule link contains details about all the courses schedules. For the registration, click on the ZOOM LINKS section. Please note this section has separate link for each course. The same links will be used for all the classes of the course.
3. Click on the Zoom link shown above, fill the details and you will receive another link on the email for the classes. After registration, you may also use Meeting ID and Passcode for the class as well.
