Course Introduction
Dear Students!
Before starting with anything new, it is crucial to get acquainted with all its relevant aspects. Thus, this course introduction will outline the main purpose of the course, and what exactly are we aiming for during the course term.
The course has been designed to complete the entire study of the syllabus of Chemistry within 1-2 months. As such, the course has some very important specifics:
- We are not aiming for an in-depth scrutiny of the material. Instead, our focus during this course is to get that STAR which shines bright on our certificate!
- Our focus will be more on the aspects needed to score well in the paper. As such, we are aiming for stuff like questions likely to come in the paper, Past Paper material, course understanding required to solve the papers successfully etc.
- As you can see the first 4 weeks cover the material, and focus on paper practice. However, we are not stopping at 4 weeks only. Once we are done with these, the last 4 weeks will focus more on past paper solutions etc.
Chemistry is considered in detail in the demo class. It will be focused on what we have to prepare, the paper pattern, and our aim for the preparation. Hopefully, it would be an amazing opportunity for all of us to learn well!
The Course Structure
The crash course will progress as follows:
- The week starts with two classes of weekly material, after which there is a quiz from the taught material and an assignment made from the same material as well.
- The same round is then done for 2 more classes, and attached quiz and assignment.
- One class each week is dedicated to paper preparation – that class is named as PAPER DISCUSSION.
- One class each week is focused on cross chapter examination, where concepts of different chapters are cross examined.
- For each of the 4 classes that were held in the week with material, past paper material solutions are dedicated to them in separate classes.
Separate forum threads have been developed for each particular class, where students can ask their questions related to each topic, both in public and private. Live lectures will be organized at regular intervals during the course.
