ParticipantAsalam u alaikum Sir,
Sir you had insturcted me to complete 145 quizzes along with notes in the time frame of 14 days and the dates were as followed: 11th-24th January
However due to some personal reasons i will not be able to complete all of them on time and have completed only 6 with 3 days remaining
Sir so now what approach should i take now, should i do the maximum amount i am able to & in the remaining 3 days and then will you admit me into online classes or what?

KeymasterDear Student,
Thank you for the message. As per our previous communication, I believe your words were “kia drama lagaya hua” instead of just asking this straight. Still, here’s the detailed reply including all specifics.
1. Regarding instructing you to complete 145 quizzes – please note the following. First, it was communicated BEFORE registration and payment that quizzes are mandatory for initial assessment of where the student stands. It was again communicated in the login message that if there is ANY issue with this policy, you may request a refund without accessing the course to avoid the use of all material available. Still, despite such clear communication, numerous accusations were levied on the telephonic conversation 3 days ago. As instructed before, at least complete the initial 20-25 quizzes so that I can assess where you currently stand and devise the best way to help you moving forward. You may complete the remaining quizzes side by side.
2. If personal reasons were the cause of not being able to complete the quizzes, it should have been communicated that way instead of the communication being “app log batatay ni hain isliye sab kharab hogya” – I am sure it was communicated at least twice before payment, and thrice after it.
3. Regarding submission, it has been mentioned before as well – either you may use this forum and just submit the WRONG answers, or you may do so via email. Forum is preferable.
4. Leave the online coverage aside. I would have to give you separate time initially to help you catch up with the rest of the batch. Try doing as many quizzes as possible by Saturday, and then we will have a separate class to cover all the missed items. If required, I will keep Sunday on as well.Moving forward, please note – we are very particular about the information shared. It is best advised to go through the login message in detail as it covers everything required for the student. Any further accusations, like previous Sunday, shall result in removal from the course as communicated before payment as well.
Thank you.

ParticipantAsalam u alaikum Sir,
I hope you are doing well. Sir the message has been acknowledged. Also Sir since the previous telephonic conversation has been brought up, with all due respect i would like to tell you my side so that you can understand as well; as any As student who starts studying late and aims to achieve an A i was and still am in exam pressure however to solve this problem i searched for Computer Science Academies and after careful consideration i choose Educate A Change. Thereby as i consulted my parents my mother had known you and gave me the go ahead to take your course; so please do acknowledge that our “words” were a result of your tone of response to our complaint. Regardless as a teacher i have utmost respect and hope everything goes smooth in the future. Also sir;
1. Due to academic stress and urgency to not waste time and instantly start a course i did not read the whatsapp messages wholly with full attention. Sir here i would also like to say something. The intial whataspp messages are very long with tons of information and so a student in my position got confused, read it only once and moved forward so mistakes like these can happen. Sir also your initial whataspp message gave a whatsapp number of your team and said something about student related queries saying reply to be given after 1-2 business days which for my message has not been given until now with a single tick but at the same time you said that forums are preferable, Sir on the forum you can even see it now that you did not reply to queries within half an hour with no prior notice for a late reply, reply was given after 3 days and so i got worried and the instance occurred.
2. However Sir i hope to see a positive change in my results and a great learning in the classes since notes are valuable. Looking forward to studying with you and will complete 20-25 quizzes by tomorrow in sha allah
Thank you for the response
Regards,
Muhammad Student-

KeymasterWalekum Sallam, Wa Rahmatullah.
Please note the following going forward:
1. Courses are designed in a specific way after 10 years of teaching experience to ensure the best results. We communicate the entire method in our first communication, long before registration, to ensure that no accusations are levied later.
2. You not reading the communication (as you acknowledged above) is not a mistake on our end. It’s an error on yours. Accusing someone for an error made on your end isn’t justified under any exam pressure.
3. Please note, no matter the length of the messages, they are communicated in ADVANCE to ensure that such issues do not occur. In your login message, right at the top, it is clearly stated that the communication MUST be read and confirmed before accessing the course. It is also stated in line 4 of the same message, very clearly, that if you access the course, we assume that you have read the message completely and acknowledge its terms. It is stated that if a student does not acknowledge the terms, or for any reason can not go through the terms (Let’s say they are a tonne long, or they are hefty), then ask for a refund before accessing. The reason is simple, once accessed, all our material is in your hands. Let’s say a student screenshots it, and then asks for a refund, how is that fair to us?
4.The official response time on forum, as communicated in your BEFORE PAYMENTS MESSAGE is 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.
5.For any complaints, a formal method has been provided. Please don’t cite tone as an excuse for not reading the communication that was sent multiple times before the said telephonic communication. Also, if any issue is present with the tone, we can share the call recording (official policy) which clearly shows that the tone was cooperative BUT we did tell you the facts constantly again and again, which resulted in you being ignited, saying things like “appsay nikal jaye ga”, “insan ka bacha bano”, “Haram kha rahay ho”. We can share the recording, not ONE Such word was used by us, despite the fact that you just acknowledged the issue occured because you didn’t even read the communication sent multiple times.
6. If you were confused about a communication, the method to ask was provided. Regarding whatsApp, again, the login message and payment message clearly states that we can NOT guarantee WhatsApp communication due to workload, and a failure to respond of WhatsApp or social media will not be considered an issue on our end. AGAIN, if you had an issue with this policy, you either should not have registered, or should have opted for a refund before accessing the course as this was COMMMUNICARTED BEFORE registration/ before first login.
7. I am genuinely sorry, but accusing someone multiple times when he trying to ask to that please read a communication that was sent days ago is not a mistake, its a choice- and its blatantly disrespectful. Paying someone does not give an open route to start accusing him just because you failed to read multiple messages communicating the same thing again and again, at least 4 times.
8. Your course announcements, ALSO mentioned in your login message with a link giving PICTURES on where to block or even a video showing where to click to access it, mentions that WhatsApp communication isn’t available – PLEASE stick to the forum. Therefore, while I sympathize with the mistake you made, I am sorry but your accusations were unjustified.
I would, again, strongly suggest that read the login message. It provides video, link containing pictures and all things required for success in the course, and your exams.
Let me know when you have submitted at least the first 20 quizzes to the forum.
Thank you

KeymasterAdditionally, I did verbally communicate the method and quizzes requirements before registration to both you and your mother separately. We have the logs of those calls/ voice notes as well. So I am really unsure where was the confusion, because on a 20+ minute long call where I gave counselling regarding subject selection and preventing the decision of sociology (which again would have just gave me money but created numerous problems for your engineering path ahead), I communicated this verbally to your mother at least 5-6 times as well on the same call. She acknowledged that its understood. So where was the confusion exactly? Or is it just that if a student is failing to follow the pre-communicated procedure, then the best route ahead is to call on the ONLY OFF DAY I have (Sunday) and start accusing the other person? Or threatening them? Well that’s not fair.

KeymasterWell, it’s kind or ironic at this point that despite your commitment to submit the quizzes yesterday, not even a single quiz has been submitted to the forum as of 6 pm Sunday, 25th January 2025. I believe the message above by you suggested that at least 20 shall be submitted a day before, on Saturday… I really hope another accusation does not fall on me after this…
