Hunain ZiaKeymasterFinally!!!! The communication was read after multiple attempts. Now here is the reason I asked you to do these quizzes, with them I know exactly where you need help with the first 10 topics, which both save your time and my effort being directed to the right content. Now, we can start.
Use the same link I gave you yesterday. You may join on either:
1. 8 Pm Mondday, Wednesday, Friday
2. 6 PM Tuesday, Thursday and SaturdayUse whichever time slot suits you, I need to catch you up with the batch – so bear in mind that we will need at least 6 separate classes to cover the missed material – select accordingly.
Awaiting in class. Thanks.

Hunain ZiaKeymasterDear Student,
It seems that you are still not reading the communication, as previously, and just sending replies. I am attaching a link of our previous communication on the forum. Try reading it, it will help.
Once read, and submitted, join class whatever day its done at 6 pm. https://bentley.zoom.us/j/96831819639?pwd=z5cpdhF9nRePvYkev9VoXZZi8mUgXE.1
Again, here are the details yet again shared:
1. This is the forum link you created https://educateachange.com/forums/topic/approach-to-the-course/
2. In my first response in this link, refer to point number 3. For again better understanding, I am copy pasting that point below: (THIS IS QUOTED FROM YOUR PREVIOUS FORUM)
3. Regarding submission, it has been mentioned before as well – either you may use this forum and just submit the WRONG answers, or you may do so via email. Forum is preferable. Now here is a question: you said in your previous reply that you submitted 20 quizzes on forum which got magically deleted right? Now you are saying I pressed the submit button? So again, just false claim?
The method of submission has been communicated above, again, as copied from the previous reply sent to you (link of previous reply attached as well).
Please refrain from just false messages, and proceed with submission as requested. Submit either by forum or email — again as mentioned multiple times before. Clicking the submit button is no proof of attempt – they have to submitted.
Please acknowledge that you have read this communication. Thanks.

Hunain ZiaKeymasterDear Student,
Thank you for the message.
You are encouraged to read the formal communication before replying.
Assignment completion requirement is present in the details and FAQ of each course. Secondly, as mentioned, submit the tests and assignment on the forum.
It is suggested that the initial communication is read in detail to avoid such confusions.
Please use forum for submissions. Practice questions are MANDATORY from Section 15 titled Practice questions.

Hunain ZiaKeymasterDear Student,
Neither does the site log out itself, nor do forum topics delete on themselves. So again, please avoid false accusation. I am sorry it wasn’t a discussion previous week – it was a call full of accusations one-sided. Professionalism has to be maintained on both ends. It is not a requirement of professionalism to hear words like haram kha rahay ho, insan ka bacha ni hai when it was you at fault (as confirmed by you in previous communication that messages weren’t read), and then not remind of the same. Moving forward, our team and I have to be sure that such accusations are not levied again without cause.
Regarding 20 submissions, please confirm where they have been submitted? Awaiting response.
Regards

Hunain ZiaKeymasterWell, it’s kind or ironic at this point that despite your commitment to submit the quizzes yesterday, not even a single quiz has been submitted to the forum as of 6 pm Sunday, 25th January 2025. I believe the message above by you suggested that at least 20 shall be submitted a day before, on Saturday… I really hope another accusation does not fall on me after this…

Hunain ZiaKeymasterDear Student,
Thank you for your message. Please note the following:
1. Course methodology, including terms of refund, were provided before enrolment/ payment, and even after it. It is clearly stated in your login message that once the logins are accessed, we can’t provide refund. If any course policy isn’t viable, please request refund before accessing the course.
2. In your last class, two pressing matters were discussed. While you enrolled only for Physics A2 and Chemistry A2, we provided you AS Level access for both courses FOR free as well, and additionally free access to Mathematics A2 course. On your consistent request to ONLY teach you A2 level, it was verbally discussed in the class (recording available for any consideration) that your previous grades are E (in both AS of Physics and Chemistry). Given such grades, it is unwise and impossible to directly start with A2 content. We have to cover AS before. After discussion, you acknowledged it and we started with a 3 hour long class covering it in detail.
3. During the class, you were explicitly asked to complete questions being sent and send their answers so that I can mark them and move on to the next topic. Despite the class link available, you did not submit the answers. Please enlighten us that why didn’t you submit them when it was made clear that you MUST send the answers for us to proceed?
4. Even the assignment section Practice Questions section 15 have not yet been submitted of the topics that were completed. It has been communicated numerous times that assignments of completed topics must be submitted before moving on to the other topics, given that your previous e grade, we have to ensure that concepts are well understood before we move on.Therefore, as per the previous class recording and the details mentioned above, you have not been following the course procedure. Despite consistent reminders to use the forum and avoid WhatsApp communication, this is the first time a formal query has been received. We shall not process the refund as we are not at fault here. Everything has been communicated before, and both after the registration regarding the method to follow, the exact place to contact, the requirement to provide completed assignments before moving forward. They are present in your Course FAQs as well.
We strongly suggest that the pre/post registration messages should be read in detail to consider the formal method communicated. It seems that “losing confidence in the platform” emerges from two things: the reality that with 2 e grades at AS level it is impossible to start directly with A2 content as it is built on AS (A favor on our end done of free of cost), and that you aren’t submitting the requested assignments, neither in class, nor after it. If procedure is followed, we ensure success of every student.
