Hello,

Terms communicated before enrolment state clearly that refunds are offered BEFORE course access not after accessing the material.

Secondly, the formal method of communication is forum only. WhatsApp xommunication, as communicated numerous times before, is not the formal way of cobtact.

Third, class time is 10 pm on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. Joining classes at random times and on non class days can not be accommodated.

Fourth, announcements section is mandatory and must be reviewed as communicated at fhe start.

Finally, it was communicated vefore enrolmwnt that any threat would remove in automatic removal from the course. The student sent a threat on the instructor’s personal social media acxount which is why classes were halted as communicated AT THE START EVEN BEFORE PAYMENT.

You are requested to check your son’s facebook messages and then let us know if we are at fault.
